1- Add Portfolio
2- Attractive Profile picture
3-Description
( If you have issue to add description about yourself just open any expert person profile and get idea from his profile )
4- Go to Skrill.com and Make your Free account.
5- Go to Freelancer verification link and attach your skrill account.
6- After attach your skrill account with freelancer profile you will get 30 days basic membership free.
Without membership it's low chance to get project. So with free membership you will get 50+ Bids.
When you will verified your profile with skrill then client can see that your are verified person on freelancer.com
7-Edit Skills (Remember if you choose your 20 skills then you can't change your skills.For this you need wait for 30 days.

Now the problem to make bid description.It's a simple solution.
Just post project. People will start bidding on your project.They will use different proposals,just get idea from them,you will get lot of proposals and ideas.and you will also see that how people talk with clients.
So just do this then learn how to deal with client.When you will learn how to communicate with client then you will get many projects.
Now go to Browse Project
Open Category projects
Click on skill category where you want to do bidding.
Just open Project, Read description carefully. Before bid you must understand what client exactly need.Then bid on that project otherwise don't waste your bids.This is a really bad habit to bid on every project.Just make quality bids not quantity bids.
Bid Rate should me lower from other freelancers.In starting give cheaper rate.It's more chance to get project awarded. When client awarded the project then just tell him to create milestones. Do not accept any project without Milestones. Because freelancer take project fee when you will accept the project.
When you complete the project.
Just deliver your work to client through freelancer.Don't provide any personal details such as paypal , skype ID , Freelancer track your conversation.If they found that you give your skype ID then your account will block permanently.
After work just tell client to release your milestone payment.
When he will release milestones then you will get your project payment
and write this text after milestones ,Please Mark as complete this project and give a positive feedback with 5 stars because it helps me to fine more project.I hope he will give you a outstanding Feedback.
